Distinguished Guests, Members of the ICAO Regional Office Safety Team, Ladies and Gentlemen.
On behalf of the Liberian Civil Aviation Authority (LCAA), I extend a warm welcome to all of you on this momentous occasion. We are truly honored to host the ICAO Regional Office Safety Team (ROST) Mission to Liberia.
Your visit signifies a significant step forward in Liberia's unwavering commitment to ensuring the highest standards of safety in our aviation sector. We recognize the crucial role aviation plays in fostering economic growth, facilitating trade, and connecting our nation to the world.
We at the LCAA are dedicated to providing a safe, secure, and efficient air transport system. We understand that achieving this goal requires continuous improvement, collaboration, and the sharing of best practices.
The expertise and guidance provided by the ICAO ROST Mission will be invaluable in this endeavor. We are eager to learn from your vast experience and work together to identify areas where we can strengthen our safety oversight system.
