She currently serves as the Director of Human Resources & Manpower Development at the LCAA, where she leads the Human Resource Directorate by creating and implementing strategic human capital initiatives that align with the organization’s goals. Responsibilities include overseeing HR functions like recruitment, talent management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations, while also ensuring legal compliance. Her role involves collaborating with senior leadership and leading the HR team to develop and execute effective people strategies and policies.

Educational Pursuit:

Ms. Gray is currently pursuing a Master's in Sustainable Air Transport Management through a joint International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Developing Countries Scholarship Program with ITAerea Aeronautical Business School, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends. This academic pursuit will further complement her practical experience, positioning her as a forward-thinking professional.
