Director of Administration
Ms. Felecia Ciatta Gray, is an administrative and documentation professional with ten plus years of experience in developing new procedures and policies for the aviation industry, including, providing executive level support, good decision-making skills, strong wok ethics, excellent communication skills, and has the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines, multi-cultural awareness with a high level of adaptability.
She currently serves as the Administration Manager at the LCAA where she provides administrative and documentation support by ensuring the implementation of policies & procedures relating to Civil Aviation activities both locally and internationally, development and implementation of detailed administrative procedures for the LCAA in support of its operations.
Ms. Gray is an Aviation Fellow, through a joint fellowship/sponsorship from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA) for Diploma in Civil Aviation Management (CMA), BBA, AA in Business Administration from the Stella Maris Polytechnic, other certificates obtain include: Airport Operations – Incheon-Korea, Aviation Administration & Environment –UAE-Dubai, Civil Aviation Management, Aviation Leaders Program in Public Policy, International Air-law Applications and Practices – Changi-Singapore.
Upon completion of her two years fellowship program at the Singapore Aviation Academy, the lesson learned will enable Ms. Gray understand the role of ICAO, Government, Regulators, International Airlines and other industry partners, the International Framework of Civil Aviation Law, Basis for ratification of international treaties and agreements, International air traffic treaties and agreements (Bilateral and Open Skies), legal aspects of Air carriers operations, Air Traffic Control, Aviation Security, Airport Operations and accident investigations model laws and regulations.
