The Liberia Civil Aviation Authority in collaboration with Roberts Flight Information Region has begun a three-day workshop on Search and Rescue (SAR) at the Golden Key hotel in Monrovia. The workshop, facilitated by the ICAO, targets participants from government ministries and agencies, private institutions and NGOs that are involved with general security, search and rescue and the Aviation sector. The workshop is a working section geared towards the effective establishment of a search and rescue committee inline with ICAO protocol.
